Pear Martini
1 ounces St. George All Purpose Vodka
1 ounce St. George Pear Brandy
½ ounce fresh lime juice
½ ounce simple syrup
Lime peel, for garnish
*Shake all ingredients well with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the lime peel.
