In this exclusive tasting and intimate discussion, Ken will guide you through a tasting of four unique wines from the estate while sharing his experience with the land and people who produce the incredible bottles. Throughout the tasting, you'll share a simple Tuscan meal served family-style including artisanal cured meats and cheeses and a pasta course prepared by our chefs.

The Field Museum and Journeyman Distillery celebrate a collaboration of historic proportions.  Join us on Monday July 9th from 1pm – 4pm for a TRADE ONLY sneak peek at two custom distillates created in conjunction with the Field Museum – The Field Vodka and Field Gin.  

A scientist from the Field Museum’s Botany Department will be onsite to educate on the historic botanicals collected at the World Columbian Exposition in 1893 that are the inspiration behind this collaboration.  The Journeyman production team will be onsite for tasting/education of the spirits along with cocktail from Tenzing and some “botanical inspired” eats from Chef Jason
